From the moment you arrive, the self-service check-in kiosks simplify the arrival process, setting the tone for an independent and intuitive stay. While some guests have noted the check-in process can occasionally be lengthy, the hotel continuously aims to refine these systems for a smoother experience. The hotel also boasts unique features like YOBOT, the world's first robotic luggage concierge, offering a fun and secure way to store your bags. Despite the compact nature of the rooms, often described as "small but cozy" and with a "slightly 'futuristic' design," they are cleverly configured to maximize space with adjustable SmartBeds and integrated amenities. Beyond the individual cabins, YOTEL provides impressive communal areas, including a massive rooftop terrace and a 24-hour gym, ensuring guests have ample space to relax, socialize, or maintain their fitness routine. YOTEL New York Times Square Reviews
Location is great. The room was clean. Check in took 25 minutes. There was a long line but all 3 staff were focused on one customer instead of helping 15 people waiting in the line. They don't do a good job of explaining the features of hotel or what benefit is for the resort fee even they charge 49 dollars. I asked and the rep told me the benefit without explaining how I can get the benefit. Housekeeping kept knocking at door at like 9 am when we were still sleeping and a couple times before the checkout time. They need better customer service
May 26, 2025 · Rushi6-day stay at this hotel:Comfortable and pleasant hotel — unless you are staying on the 4th floor. If so, I recommend asking for a room change.Very noisy hotel:We stayed on the 4th floor, where the reception, restaurant, and cabaret are also located.Between 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM, we could clearly hear the music and applause from the cabaret. The proximity of the gym also added noise (treadmills running, weights dropping), and the walls are too thin to properly block the sounds.Rooms on higher floors (5th to 27th) would likely be much quieter.Otherwise:The hotel is stylish and pleasant. The rooms are small but cozy, with a slightly "futuristic" design. The hotel is well located, with smooth self-check-in and check-out processes, and the staff are friendly and helpful.Nice view from our room on the 4th floor. The room was fairly clean (just a few minor marks on the walls).
Apr 28, 2025 · Matthieu LALLIARDThis hotel lacks the basic principles of hospitality services. On my first night, checking in around midnight, a man claiming to be a plumber came to fix a water leak in the room below mine. I looked through the peephole and saw no hotel staff accompanying him! I didn't open the door because the approach seemed strange, it was late, and I was asleep. I immediately tried to contact the front desk, but no one answered. The price was good because I booked far in advance, and the location is excellent, but the cleanliness was poor. I will not repeat this experience.
Jun 02, 2025 · Mohamed Al-AamriOverall just s great place to stay. We had a family room with king size bed and a bunk bed at 17 flor. Checking inn was easy, the people working here are great . Only minus was there was not cleaned in one of the drawers in the room , someone clearly by purpose put hairs there, along with tips for the room cleaning to test if it was discovered. We will stay here again if we get s good deal for sure
Apr 21, 2025 · Morten Lind KristiansenThe photos on the website showed curtains between the bathroom and the bedroom, there was no privacy. I asked if I could change and was told that there were no clean rooms, but that there were availability to book at the same time. Then the air conditioning touch didn't work and they didn't want to change our room, in addition to it being extremely dirty. No one introduced themselves or greeted us at check-in. In the bathroom on the fourth floor, there was a homeless person taking a shower in the bathroom sink. When we went to check out, no one offered help, we acted intuitively. They even charged us $6 to store our bags and stole a charger from one of them. Do not use it in New York.
