Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square Central Reviews
Stayed here for 3 nights in March and one night in April and absolutely loved this hotel. The location is very convenient, the staff is super nice and helpful - including the front desk, the concierge (who were very helpful with our luggage) and the security guards in the lobby, who helped with the elevators when things were busy and also just chatted with us when we were sitting in the lobby. The included breakfast was great, the room was great and all for a fair price. A family member just had a bad experience at another NYC hotel so I wanted to make sure and leave a review for this very nice hotel!
Apr 19, 2025 · September SullivanI've been to New York quite a bit over the years. I've always generally avoided staying near times square. This time I was taking my family and wanted to have access to a more centralized area. We stayed here at the Hampton inn Manhattan times square. The rooms were decent size for New York. It was very clean hotel and the staff was very nice. Very close to the subway station which made it super easy to get around throughout the city. It's also near the bus station and if you fly into LaGuardia and you can take the new Uber shuttle there for a very reasonable price. And I had a free breakfast which was just okay but typical for a Hampton Inn type hotel. As with most other people review during peak hours, the elevators are very very slow. There's not much you can do about that so just give yourself time.
May 21, 2025 · Robert GreeningWe stayed here for our annual girls' trip. The hotel is centrally located and very walkable, which made it easy to explore the area. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and while the breakfast was just alright, it was a nice perk to have. The elevators, which I read were an issue for some, were not an issue for us. We would definitely stay here again.
Apr 07, 2025 · Tracey CooperI went in January with my mom just for one night and for me the experience was pretty good, we arrived early so ask for check in and our bedroom was ready and just need to pay US$25.00 for me was razonable because we travel from NJ early this morning. The breakfast was good a excellent natural orange juice, eggs, coffee and other things. In the lobby we received a good service front desk and the Joseph who provided us an excellent service with our luggages before we leave the hotel. The location perfect for me, near Brian Park, 5 minutes walking to Times Square.Good experience and i hope that the hotel continues like that.
May 18, 2025 · Zelided PiantiniPleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is. And it is incredibly close to so many theaters, Times Square, subway access, and restaurants. Very comfortable bed, modern amenities. Very good breakfast options (except for the scrambled eggs, which were really awful). Would definitely stay here again.
