While the Manhattan Broadway Hotel is positioned as a budget-friendly option, specific "promotions or special offers" are generally not widely advertised through public search data for this particular type of hotel without direct inquiry. However, potential guests should always consider checking the hotel's official website or contacting them directly at (212) 921-9791. Many independent or smaller hotels may offer unadvertised deals, seasonal discounts, or flexible booking options when you book directly. It is always a good strategy to inquire about any available packages, extended stay rates, or last-minute deals that might be running. Given its competitive pricing for the location, the hotel's inherent value often acts as its primary "promotion." By offering a clean, comfortable, and incredibly well-situated place to sleep at an accessible price point, it provides a consistent advantage over more expensive luxury options in the area. For the best possible rate and to confirm any current specials, direct communication with the Manhattan Broadway Hotel is highly recommended.

For New Yorkers, it offers a pragmatic option for a city "staycation," providing a comfortable and remarkably clean base from which to explore their own metropolis without the typical expenses associated with luxury accommodations. It's especially ideal for those who prioritize location and a good night's sleep over extravagant amenities. When friends or relatives come to visit, this hotel provides them with an incredibly central and accessible hub, right in the heart of the Theater District and close to Times Square, the Empire State Building, and major subway lines. The positive reviews consistently highlight the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the surprising comfort of the beds – all crucial elements for a pleasant stay. The hotel's focus on providing a clean, quiet, and well-located place to rest makes it a smart choice for anyone looking to maximize their time exploring the city's attractions rather than spending excessively on lodging. Manhattan Broadway Hotel Reviews
The staff is kind. The hotel is clean. Great spot near the theater district.
May 14, 2025 · ME XoxoWasn't sure what to expect at this budget hotel. But upon arrival the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, I was able to store my luggage early. The hotel room was tiny but very clean and even though my bed was a twin it was surprisingly comfortable. I have to say the TV was the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel but who comes to NYC to watch TV? My only peeve was there were no washcloths in the bathroom to wash my face with and the towels were thin and small. All in all if you're used to luxury this ain't the place for you but if you want somewhere to sleep and get a good night's rest this will work.
May 06, 2018 · Toni ThomasLet's just say, there's two reasons someone would stay at this hotel. Affordability and location! They are good for both. Very open and welcoming staff. The area is mixed but it is so close to Broadway who cares. Room was older, but clean and all the tile and marble helps it feel nicer. Book with the hotel itself and ask about rooms, you can probably get a better spot my talking to them in advance. No problems at all, but the doors are paper thin.
Jan 27, 2018 · Scott KerillCleanliness is the only thing this place has going for it. The staff is friendly. The pictures however, are deceiving. The rooms are half the size of a normal bed room, the beds are rock solid. It’s a very claustrophobic room. If I could get my money back and go somewhere nicer, I 100% would spend the extra money.
Mar 20, 2018 · blane krottCame for a concert over the weekend. Such great character - all of the tiling throughout the lobby and our room was just so interesting. We booked last minute (a week before our trip) and still paid less than any of the other hotels in the area.Great location - 10 minute walk from Penn Station and MSG, 10 minutes in the other direction gets you to 42nd street, and Times Square. Plenty of affordable food options all around, including $1 pizza slices downstairs.Check in was quick and efficient. Front desk was manned the entire time we were there. Lobby, elevator, hallway, and room was very small, but we were only there to sleep. (We ended up spending more time in the room than planned because of the heat, but really, we just laid on our beds and read in the AC. It all worked out.) The remodel they did looks pretty but is a little.... shoddy. The two personal reading lights above the beds were not secured into the wall. The light switches that controlled those same lights were also not fully secured (very unsteady against the tile). The sink was held up by a few pieces of wood. What looked to be a super fancy shower head worked only as a standard, but it was a hot shower, so we can't complain. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable.Overall, if you're looking to spend most of your time in a hotel room, this isn't the place for you. However, it's not a bad place to stay if you're looking for a decently priced bed at night in the heart of Manhattan and want to use public transportation minimally.
