Veterans Park Reviews
👍1. very big2. good for biking3. lots of fields for sports👎1. bathroom not goodoverall = 👍
Apr 19, 2025 · Arnav ChodankarIt's a nice clean big park with lots of different fields and courts for different sports. My boys usually use the basketball courts or the turf for soccer/football with their friends. My only issue is that I've noticed on Sundays that a group of Pakistani or Indian guys come to play cricket on the turf. They don't care that their are kids playing soccer or football on the turf. They just start setting up the cones for boundaries around the kids and start playing. I understand the field is for everyone, but what happens when one of the kids gets hit in the head. The kids aren't paying attention to the cricket balls flying everywhere, they are busy with their own game. The part that I don't understand is that the park has 3 or 4 baseball fields from what I can see. The few times that I've been their, only one field was being used for a baseball game. So why don't these guys use one of the empty baseball fields for their cricket game?
Sep 29, 2024 · RenoI love this park The best way to reunite with your friends
May 21, 2025 · johnley VeillardThe field is awesome and very very well lit. I had to give it 2 stars because there's only 1 port-a-potty and no bathroom. And the parking lot is horrendous. Extremely uneven and zero lights.
Mar 19, 2023 · Derek LaveNot a safe place. Bad kids on bikes hanging around there all the time, harassing and assaulting people in the park. The park is their gathering place. No police station there.
