Nesva Hotel Introduce
For New Yorkers and visitors planning a trip to the bustling metropolis, finding a hotel that balances affordability with convenience can be a significant challenge. The Nesva Hotel in Long Island City positions itself as a practical and well-situated option for travelers who prioritize efficient transit to Manhattan, a peaceful environment, and essential comforts.
The Nesva Hotel aims to provide a straightforward and welcoming experience, particularly for those who are budget-conscious but don't want to compromise on critical aspects like cleanliness and safety. As one guest highlighted, "We’ve found this place because of the excessive prices in Manhattan and Brooklyn." This immediately speaks to its value proposition. While some guest experiences may vary, the hotel strives to offer a reliable base for exploring the city. Guests often note the "very kind" service and a common space where "you can always find water and fresh coffee or hot water," creating a more homely and accommodating atmosphere.

Nesva Hotel Reviews
Unfortunately an extremely bad experience here.Made a booking at this hotel. Upon arrival at 9pm, we were given the last room available. As soon as we entered, the room reeked of toilet water and was unlivable. The concern was brought up with management immediately but the property manager (Raphael) couldn't help. We were forced to find another accommodation. We left the property promptly at 10pm without using the room and were promised a refund.I then booked another hotel and moved there for the night upon advise of Expedia and the the property manager present. 2 Days later, my request for cancellation is denied citing that the hotel refused. This has got to be one of my most stressful experience in all my years of traveling.Seems like a cash grab at all cost without any service follow through. Would definitely avoid!!!
May 22, 2025 · Rahul ShardhaWe’ve found this place because of the excessive prices in Manhattan and Brooklyn. It’s located very close to three metro lines. Very close to Roosevelt Island. In 20 minutes by metro you’re in Manhattan. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Very close to the hotel a very nice pub and a grocery store open almost every time. We really felt at home because the service is very kind and there is a common space where you can always find water and fresh coffee or hot water (there is also a microwave and you have fridge in the room). We were a couple with a child, the room is basic (forniture is a little bit Old style) but very clean, even the bathroom is clean and with soap. We also ad a great terrace with a stunning view, but due to the frozen weather it was impossible to enjoy (better during summer). I really recommend this place!
Jan 14, 2025 · Filippo ArmellinoWe arrived at 9:00 pm to a room that smelled so bad we couldn't stay a single minute. It smelled of toiled water. The man at reception agreed it smelled. We ask for another room or to have the room cleaned and they refused. We had to scramble to get a room in the city this late at night. Now they will not give us a refund. Truly the worst experience in a hotel I have had.
May 22, 2025 · surksha sirichandBooked online, it was never cleared that my booking wasn’t confirmed, found out when I arrived, had to pay more.Wanted to talk about it with the manager, they promised they would call back, they didn’t. I reached out twice. If no one else have a similar experience then this is probably a coincidence or purely on my end. But it is true that they never reached out or would let me speak in person despite my request and their agreement.
May 20, 2025 · Alex JIf you’re on a budget & looking for an affordable place close to city, this place is worth a visit. The rooms are on the smaller size but better than most hotels in Manhattan especially for the price. There was daily housekeeping and it was close to two different train stations. The room was clean for the most part but could use some upgrades. Some of the towels were a bit rough, the walls had scuff marks, peeling wallpaper and drill holes. The carpets was stained and felt grimy? It seems like it should be replaced, I wouldn’t walk around barefoot. I had a short trip and mainly gone for the day so I managed just fine.
