The hotel's location provides fairly good access to New York City's extensive public transportation network, which is often a key consideration for navigating the city. When considering promotions or special offers at Senton Hotel, it's important for New Yorkers to approach this with a pragmatic and cautious perspective, especially given the nature of the public feedback. Hotels of this type, which are often characterized as budget or economy options, typically have different approaches to promotions compared to larger chain hotels.
Direct contact with the hotel is usually the best way to ascertain any specific offers they might have. You can reach them at (212) 684-5800. It's possible they might offer lower rates for direct bookings compared to third-party travel sites, or perhaps discounts for extended stays, although this would need to be confirmed directly with the hotel management. Seasonal variations in pricing are also common in New York City's hotel market, with potentially lower rates during off-peak times such as the colder winter months or specific weekdays.
However, based on publicly available customer reviews, it is critical for potential guests to inquire about all potential charges, deposits, and what precisely is included in the room rate. It is advisable to obtain a clear, written confirmation of all costs before committing to a booking. This is crucial to avoid any misunderstandings upon arrival. Given the customer feedback regarding issues with room conditions and cleanliness, a direct conversation with the hotel about specific room amenities and maintenance status might also be prudent if you are considering a stay. While the concept of promotions typically suggests added value, in this context, confirming basic inclusions and setting clear expectations about the stay experience is paramount.

Senton Hotel Reviews
I stayed in room 309 The rooms are horrible. Roaches in the bathroom broken table broken refrigerator broken ac. The windows don't have locks dresser broken. I basically had to beg housekeeping to come upstairs and bring me new towels and soap. And when she bought the towels they were dingy. The guy at the front desk during the day is rude and has no customer service skills.. We had to ask for roach spray for the bathroom twice. The shower curtain is filthy and the sink in the bathroom is being held by 2 pieces of wood. The bottom line is this hotel is shitty and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 0 stars Ill never stay here again Not worth the money.
Apr 25, 2025 · SuavéThis place is very very very bad. I had a full body panic attack just standing in the room and looking around. Overwhelming evidence of bed bug infestation. Absolutely do not come here. I thought the other comments were exaggerated, this was the most grotesquely upsetting place I have ever witnessed, and I'm originally from Florida. Don't do it. Bed bugs. Bad bad very bad stuff.
Aug 12, 2024 · Travis DeckerThis was the most disgusting hotel I've ever experienced in my life. Cockroaches crawling everywhere and piss all over the bathtub. I accidently put my backpack on the floor on the bathroom which resulted in it acquiring a stench and needed to be washed. I did not feel comfortable even taking my shoes off here let alone making any sort of skin contact with any surface in this room. The only positive experience I got from this place was learning to be cautious in where I purchase future hourly stays. Absolutely apalling
Mar 23, 2024 · Johnny OvermindThis hotel is classic NYC. Located in the bustling gayborhood of Chelsea, you are close to everything the city has to offer. It's a quick walk to the train. There are literally dozens of food options within a block or two and the area is about as safe as one can ask for in Manhattan. The accommodations are not fancy. The hotel itself is absolutely not a luxury hotel. However, the Senton Hotel is an absolute gem of resource for folks who may not have the budget for a fancy spot. The hotel staff are respectful, accommodating, and understand that they're providing a vital service to folks in the local community as well as folks visiting. They give respect to anyone staying provided you provide them with respect yourself. Everybody is welcome at the Senton.Have you got the budget for a luxury accommodations? This is not your place. Are you low on cash and need a place to stay? This is an excellent choice.
Apr 11, 2023 · Jennifer CapassoWas disgustingly dirty...and at 160$ a night, you'd presume it would be clean. Granted the location is great...but it's definitely not worth the money. The covers had burn holes in them. The tub was disgusting. The showerhead barely worked. When I walked into the room...they had the TV on and it was on adult content. Not something my children should have been seeing.
