Walker Hotel Tribeca Reviews
Hotel room was pretty clean, small but very cozy. The bed was really comfortable. We showed up before check in time and they allowed us to drop off our luggage until we returned at check in. Jay, the guy at the front desk was incredibly friendly, and very attentive! He made our experience a memorable one, thank you Jay! We are coming back because of YOU!
May 25, 2025 · Sara GmezI had the pleasure of staying at the Walker Hotel in Tribeca for a week, and it was the best decision I made for my first trip to NYC. It’s in a great location—tucked away from the busy uptown crowds but still close enough to feel part of the action. The hotel is in Chinatown, just a short walk from SoHo and some really good shopping and food. Plus, it’s well connected to subway lines that get you pretty much anywhere in the city very easily. The entire experience—from check-in to check-out—was great. The rooms are small, but super cozy and spotless. The king-sized bed was really comfortable too. There’s Blue Bottle Coffee right in the hotel, and the lobby café is perfect for a quick grab-and-go (their croissants were actually amazing). An honorary mention goes to the amazing staff—warm, friendly, and welcoming, always happy to help with any questions or concerns (special shoutout to Isabel and Trevor!). This place truly felt like home for the week, and I’d absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in NYC.
May 06, 2025 · Alaa HarbJust got back from the Walker Hotel Tribeca and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed with a cool, understated vibe. The rooms are stylish, super comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. Plus, the location is perfect—right near SoHo, with tons of great restaurants, shops, and cafes just a short walk away. But what really made the stay unforgettable was the incredible service. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and personal. Big shoutout to Lavender, Edwin, Ashanti, and Camryn—you all made us feel so taken care of. The attention to detail and kindness you showed truly made the trip. The hotel is great—but it’s the people that make it special. Can’t wait to come back.
Apr 18, 2025 · Aaron FurtadoThis is the second time I’ve stayed at the Walker Hotel Tribeca. It’s the best quality, for the best location, for the best price. And the doorman or Bell services fellow, Nelson, is an absolute gem. Everyone loves him and they introduce him like royalty. He’s kind of the mayor of this hotel. I love people, but I especially love sincerely warm people. Nice face of the hotel! This place overflows with the kind of hospitality vibes people want
May 24, 2025 · Scott CarothersWe stayed in room 403 for 6 nights and bought our stay through Luxury Escapes which included a few extra's, which were vouchers for drinks for 2, 100 dollar dining, daily $15 dining credit and a daily breakfast for 2.Unfortunately staff are clearly not trained up on these types of stays and even though it may not be the norm, we expected some sort of guidance but were instead often lost as to how they should be used as no one seemed to know what was happening. After finally figuring out that "breakfast voucher" included a coffee and pastry, that was good! For our dining voucher, we had issues with it on checkout where the admin staff found it very difficult to figure out a course of action. Our daily $15 dining credit was also not automatically added as credit to our account, so we had to advise about this as well and after a while we finally got to a revised settlement amount.Besides the admin hassles, the hotel itself is fantastic. Small rooms yes, but perfect for what you need it for. Its a place to stay with a comfortable bed and modern finishes. The road was noisy, but hey - its New York!! :) Bonus is that its close to a subway.Dining was incredible and the cocktails at the underground bar was absolutely amazing - such a cool setting. We will definitely be back should we ever visit NYC again.
