Very walkable to various subway stops, Penn, and attractions. The rooms were clean and cozy. The shower pressure was excellent and the linens were soft and the bed firm. They were still doing some work on the bar downstairs and parts of it were closed but it didn’t bother us. Definitely worth the price and the central location makes it easy to navigate anywhere in the city with ease!" This highlights the core strengths of the hotel.
A loyal Hilton Honors member provided another strong endorsement, especially noting a unique feature: "Loyal Hilton Honors member staying for work and pleasure traveling solo. If you have the opportunity to book the balcony room 2301, DO IT! It's hard to beat your own private balcony in Midtown Manhattan. Great location central to everything. The front desk and bar staff were terrific and very hospitable. Room was clean and modern. A couple drawbacks: The hotel doesn't have a gym, but they do have a partnership with the Best Western a block over for use of their gym. The bathroom had zero counter space. Zero." This review showcases the rare balcony room, the great staff, and the central location, while also providing transparent feedback on minor drawbacks.

May 29, 2025 · Jeff GeffertRoom was very clean and pretty modern.Bed was comfortable and the shower was good so was great from that aspect. We did however have a large suitcase with us for our 4 day stay and the rooms are very small so there was nowhere to put it that wasn't in the way.Staff were friendly and helpful and were happy to hold our luggage on the day we were leaving so we didn't have to drag a suitcase around the city all day.As for the location... Absolutely perfect!!A short walk to a few different subways as well as Grand Central Station and loads of other iconic buildings and places to see and visit.
Apr 15, 2025 · Paul WarrenI have been a repeat customer for this facility since last 5 years. It’s been a great place to stay. Peace & Quiet while being at the center of Manhattan.Staffs of the hotel are always amazing and they literally help with every query. Starting from greeting, service support, check out convenience, concierge service, etc. The hotel staffs make the real difference here and the main reason to stay. I feel like staying in a home away my home.Clean, Super comfortable, Friendly, Hospitable stay.Strongly recommended for any kind of traveller.
May 04, 2025 · MD Hasibul HudaBeware - rooms are super tiny with no storage so be prepared to live out of your suitcase. Also, do not take the word from any of their employees. I was told I had a daily food and beverage credit at check-in (and I know this is a benefit of being a gold member) but at check-out they refused to honor it because I had made a nonrefundable reservation. A quick google search says otherwise so might be beneficial to the employees to get some additional training.
