As a unique boutique hotel, The Historic Blue Moon Hotel doesn't typically run large-scale, widely advertised promotions or special offers in the same way larger hotel chains might. Its appeal lies more in its distinctive charm, personalized service, and exceptional value for its unique offerings rather than transient discounts.
However, it's always advisable for potential guests, particularly locals considering a staycation or visitors planning a trip, to directly check the hotel's official website or contact them by phone. Sometimes, hotels of this nature may offer exclusive deals for direct bookings, seasonal packages, or special rates for extended stays that are not broadly advertised on third-party booking sites.
For instance, given its focus on culinary experiences, there might be occasional promotions tied to dining at Sweet Dreams Cafe or Trattoria Settembrini, such as a breakfast package or a special dinner offer. Reviewers frequently rave about the food, suggesting that any dining-related promotion would be a significant added value.
Additionally, while not a "promotion" in the traditional sense, the consistent positive feedback from guests highlighting "bigger rooms at this price anywhere else in the city" and the "incredible" food acts as an ongoing value proposition that the hotel consistently delivers. The unique experience of interacting with the owner and admiring his stunning artwork, as noted by a satisfied customer, also adds an immeasurable value that goes beyond monetary discounts.
Therefore, while you might not find a constantly rotating list of "sales," the inherent value, charming atmosphere, and personalized service offered by The Historic Blue Moon Hotel serve as a continuous "special offer" to those seeking an authentic and memorable New York City experience. We recommend contacting them directly to inquire about any current availability or unique packages that might align with your travel plans.

The food? Absolutely incredible. A true explosion of flavor, authentic Italian dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite reminded me of homemade meals packed with passion, care, love & tradition.I had the pleasure of exploring the beautiful lobby, the restaurant, and even the spacious guest rooms. But honestly, the café and restaurant completely stole my heart. May 25, 2025 · SayjectWe ♥️ the Historic Blue Moon Hotel. Writing this after our second stay here within the year. Super easy check in, fantastic location with great bars, shopping and food all within a few blocks. Easy, no frills, laid back. We’re not the type of people to hang at the hotel very long so we didn’t need any amenities. Go out and explore!
Feb 21, 2025 · Casita BerkshiresMy wife, son, and I moved from a “fancy” hotel to Blu Moon after one night, and we were very happy we did. It’s a perfect location, beautiful building, great security and service, and the owner is a great guy. It’s very much like having your own apt in the city, but with the added benefit of really great folks to give you advice. For my family, it was perfect. Will certainly return.
Mar 18, 2025 · David AyersLovely ,very clean, spacious -- and yes, quirky -- hotel. it's not a place for anonymity...everyone is too friendly. But between the Jewish themed art and the names of the rooms ('40s! Vaudeville!), not to mention the Kosher restaurant attached, it feels like a really interesting slice of NYC that's quickly vanishing.
Feb 25, 2025 · Judith NewmanThe most charming hotel & café. Absolutely gorgeous ambiance and art, lovely family-owned feel. The desserts especially are unsurpassed — authentic, fresh, beautifully prepared, and delicious. I highly recommend the lemon tiramisu and orange-almond cookie especially. Their latté is an especially great companion to their cookies — which are not too sweet and burst with flavor.
