Hotel Edison Reviews
Very cute and fantastic location. The heating and air aren’t working in our 2 rooms. They knew about the issue when I called in the issues, which means it should have been solved beforehand. Only solutions are window unit, but that means the curtain has to be open, or an open window. Not ideal given the price of rooms. Staff could not be nicer. The “free” pizza that comes with the room is from a restaurant half a block down. It is really good and the folks there are nice. I won’t stay here again for the price we paid. I see much lower prices other dates at this hotel. Disappointed. I’m a seasoned traveler, so I usually do a good job picking hotels within my budget and tastes.

May 24, 2025 · Moniruzzaman BabuMy first experience with this hotel was when I walked into the ladies room downstairs and one of the two stalls was covered in feces. I told someone but they didn’t seem to care. One of the two keys they gave us did not work! They offer what they call breakfast vouchers but the choices offered are just “Meh”. The rooms need refrigerators. We were never able to get through to the front desk with the phone in our room. Every time you turned the lavatory faucet on in the bathroom you would get sprayed! For what we paid for this room I won’t go back and would not recommend to anyone.
May 27, 2025 · Melanie MarcelTraveling from London family of 4: 3 adults and 1 teenager. Stayed between 03/04 to 10/04 It is a charming, well maintained hotel. Great place to stay if you'd like to be close to shops, restaurants in Times square this hotel is very close . I like the way how hotel policies deal with a safety first, the way to enter into lift (elevator area) to go to your room ( you need to show the room key to pass a member of staff ) in our 6 night stay there, always it was a member of staff and politely asking for your key from, very nice. Also I remember the evening champagne reception for guests with cheese bits and great music between 5-6 pm Tuesdays and Fridays, also to see the Manager of the Edison Hotel there it make you to fill great family atmosphere. Housekeeping team wonderful, polite and always asking if you need something.Breakfast - very taste and hot. Reception area friendly staff, polite including the gentleman who help you to carry your luggage. Dormen - all my respect sirPleased to see Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal who left from Ethel Barrymore Theatre in front of Edison HotelMuch appreciate all your effort to make our stay memorable for me and my family.
Apr 22, 2025 · Mariana MocanuThe room was clean but small and dark , and the staff were not very helpful except one of the managers in reception. The restaurant in the basement for breakfast was not clean but better than grabbing and eating in the roomLocation is perfect ; generally, it's more a hotel for one night sleep and leave( flight attendance)I asked 3 times to help me with the instruction for coffee maker( it was easy I found out later), but no one had been sent to my roomWith tax 10 dollars you could pay and eat in the other restaurant which the break fast was even worse that basement
