The Pearl Hotel New York Reviews
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while we visited the city to see a couple shows. It's my new favorite Midtown hotel! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was roomy, especially for a NYC hotel. The elevator was quick and we never had to wait long for it. The room was exceptionally quiet - we never heard the rooms around or above us, and street noise was a minimum with only the occasional siren. The bed was very soft and comfortable, and they provide robes, an umbrella (it was so nice that I thought about buying one from them), microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room. They had free wine each evening and a coffee/snack area open 24 hours. The only downside was the continental breakfast was very minimal - mostly pastries, cereal and a pile of brown bananas. I would have expected something a little more. It was less than 10 minutes walk to any theater in the Broadway district. We ate at the Empire Steak House next to the hotel and it was fantastic! I can't wait to stay here again on our next trip!
May 23, 2025 · Gloria PetersonExcellent hotel in the heart of the theatre district, close to everything!Despite the location, it was quiet and we slept very well in their comfy bed!Service was super helpful and friendly! There’s coffee and snacks available in a common room all day long, and our beautiful King suite included a coffee machine as well. The Room was very clean.Highly recommended!
May 25, 2025 · Shiri BarnivVery good location - right next to some of the Broadway shows, and a few minutes of a walk from Times Square. The rooms were very nice overall, comfortable, and spacious. There is complimentary tea, coffee, and some snacks throughout the day, and free wine from 5 to 6pm each day. Note, there is a $~35 per day resort fee, which covers the complimentary wine and snacks/coffee/tea.The only complaint is that there is no complimentary water anywhere in the hotel. There was no water bottle in the rooms (except for a water bottle for $8), and no complimentary water in the snack/coffee area.
May 27, 2025 · David Nagel-NunezI can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was! The staff at this hotel were so friendly and went out of their way to ensure you had every comfort possible. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this by far was the best one! The location was perfect. They upgraded our room to a suite because it was our daughter‘s birthday. Even after we checked out, we were treated with respect! If you’re looking for a great hotel in New York City in Times Square, this is the perfect place!
Apr 28, 2025 · Erica ArnoldReally enjoyed my stay at the Pearl. The rooms are modern clean and quiet and the staff are very helpful. You are literally around the corner from Broadway and Times Square so location is great. One area for improvement is the pillows, I personally found them very uncomfortable no matter what I did. But all in all a solid option in NY.
